An Evening of French Elegance, Fine Food & Wine

Join the Franco-American Centre on Saturday, November 21, 2026 , as we celebrate the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau with an elegant evening of French-inspired cuisine, wine, and good company. This year, we are delighted to return to the beautiful Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown for an unforgettable evening of dining and celebration.

The evening begins with a social hour featuring a selection of cheeses and crackers , offering guests the opportunity to mingle before dinner. Live piano music by Barbara Whitney will accompany the evening, adding an elegant touch to the atmosphere. Then, settle in for a sumptuous four-course dinner , with each course thoughtfully paired with a different wine selected to complement its flavors.

The evening's wine pairings are designed to complement each course, offering guests the opportunity to experience how different wines enhance the flavors and character of each dish. The celebration will also feature Beaujolais Nouveau , honoring the beloved French tradition at the heart of the evening.

An All-Inclusive Evening

Your ticket includes the complete four-course dinner, tax, and gratuity. For guests selecting the wine option, a different wine pairing is included with each course .

The only additional cost: cocktails and other beverages from the cash bar.

Attire

Festive & Elegant attire is preferred. Gentlemen may choose a tuxedo or business suit, while ladies are encouraged to wear dressy or cocktail attire. Formalwear is welcome, and guests are encouraged to dress up and make the evening feel special.
