This guided immersive meditation class is paired with the healing vibrations of crystal & Tibetan sound bowls to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and restore energetic balance. Led by Laurie, a certified guided meditation and sound healing practitioner, each session invites deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and inner peace.

Please arrive a few minutes early to make your tea and gently settle into the space. Once our session begins, the door will be closed & locked, allowing the energy to flow freely and uninterrupted. Thank you for honoring this sacred time, so the magick of the moment can fully unfold.

At Mystic Market, we strive to create meaningful and well-prepared experiences for all our attendees. To ensure the quality and fairness of our events, we have established the following No Call, No Show, No Refund Policy:

No Call, No Show: If you are unable to attend an event and do not notify us in advance, you will be marked as a "No Call, No Show." This includes situations where no prior communication is made regarding your inability to attend.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for No Call, No Show instances. This policy is in place because event preparation requires time, resources, and effort, and a spot has been reserved specifically for you. We offer VERY limited spots!

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the event start time.

If eligible, you may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Late cancellations within a 8 hours of the event may not be eligible for refunds or credits.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents your attendance, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis.
