Join us for an evening of exhilarating swing and world-class entertainment with the 19-

piece New Hampshire Jazz Orchestra. And revel in authentic renditions of timeless classics from the Great

American Songbook by legendary trailblazers such as Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey,

Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Stan Kenton and more — performed by one of today’s

premier big bands.

Led by acclaimed Music Director, Clayton “Skip” Poole — a seasoned veteran with

over 45 years of experience in the big band business — the orchestra offers an inviting

atmosphere filled with the infectious rhythms of authentic swing music. To encourage

both seasoned and novice dancers, complimentary dance lessons will be offered by

Northshore Swing Dance during the first part of the evening. Immerse yourself in the

nostalgic ambiance and lively tunes that will keep you captivated all night long.

Founded in Fall 2021, the NH Jazz Orchestra is dedicated to connecting talented

regional musicians with audiences who appreciate the vibrancy and tradition of big

band jazz. Skip’s extensive tenure in the big band business working with literally the

best headliners and musicians in the world, gives him a unique perspective and

knowledge which he shares with both the ensemble and its audiences alike to create a

one-of-a-kind experience for all involved. Beyond high-caliber performances, the

orchestra is committed to supporting music education through collaborative

residencies across New Hampshire and live shows throughout Greater New England.
